1、摘要降低石化企业生产用水和新鲜水消耗的关键在于减少循环冷却水系统新鲜水补充量,因此将达标排放的炼油废水经深度处理后回用于循环冷却水系统必然成为发展趋势。而炼油废水回用于循环冷却水时,系统中生物粘泥的控制问题是亟需解决的问题。本文针对循环冷却水补充水的水质特点,采用定时排水浓缩法,在模拟静态循环冷却水系统中培养生物粘泥。通过绘制生长曲线,初步探讨了生物粘泥的生长机理。通过设计单因素实验,考察了循环冷却水中的营养物质(BOD5、NH4+-N、TP)、矿物离子(Ca2+、M92+、Fe3+、Na_、颗粒物(cac03)和悬浮细
2、菌浓度对生物粘泥的化学组成及活性的影响。同时通过PCR-DGGE分析方法考察了循环水中的营养水平对生物粘泥中优势菌种的影响。并根据前面实验结果,选择了两种杀菌剂,考察其对不同营养水平下生物粘泥的杀灭效果。实验结果表明:(1)碳源是影响生物粘泥的胞外聚合物EPS、脱氢酶活性、湿重的最主要因素。在[BODsI=5mg/L、[NH4+-N]=10mg/L、[TP]=Img/L时生物粘泥的EPS浓度、脱氢酶活性、湿重都最小,此配比最不利于生物粘泥的生长。(2)循环水中颗粒物和各种无机离子对生物粘泥的化学组成与活性具有不同的影响。
