1、同济大学硕士学位论文循环冷却水中不同过滤技术的研究姓名:曹志强申请学位级别:硕士专业:环境科学与工程指导教师:安丽20050301摘要效果很好:当进水中一部分颗粒的粒径处在滤网孔径的附近时,过滤一段时间后,过滤效果也很好,而且滤速越高,大粒径的颗粒所占比例越高,这一过滤时间越短。    因此,鉴于石英砂过滤器截留颗粒的原理以及所截留的颗粒在过滤介质上的分布,在循环冷却水的滤池设计中,可以考虑采用较薄的石英砂滤层,同时可以适当提高过滤速度;鉴于网式过滤器等机械过滤器的优点,建议在有条件的地方以机械过滤器代替石英砂滤池。关键

3、nomizing water utilization,waste water treatment and reuse become more and more importance. In general, theamount of water used in industrial cooling water systems is about 50%-60% of that oftotal urban demanded. As a result, there are significant economic benefi

4、ts ofincreasing the utilization ratio of circulating cooling water.    Different filtration processes utilized in the field of circulating cooling water aresummarized firstly in this thesis. Fast switch of filtrating and backwashing, highfiltration rate, continuo

5、us filtration and operational autocontrol are the developmenttrend of filtration processes.    In this thesis, the elimination effect of suspended solids with silica sand filterand strainer are studied from the aspect of the size of suspended solids, and theirfil

6、tration performances are compared. Some conclusions obtained from this researchare outlined below.    1) Particle No. 1 is removed completely by the filter of 25 cm depth,which isconsist of the size of 0.5-0.7 mm silica sand, and the change of filter rate doesn't

7、 havean impact on the removal efficiency. The smooth filter cake, which is made ofintercepted SS, is formed on the surface of filter bed.    2) Particle No. 1 is removed completely by the filter of 25 cm depth,which isconsist of the effective size of 0.7-0.9 mm s
