1、摘要本文所介绍的全自动投包机能够快速准确地将相连包袋逐个切断，并将其放置于输送带上以备下一步使用。该机器主要应用在特殊食品的包装生产线上，比如方便面等内含料包或者防腐剂包的食品。全自动投包机实现了无人干预、节省了劳动力，具有十分广阔的应用前景。本课题设计了全自动投包机的控制系统，主要工作集中在：一、介绍了方便面包装生产线和全自动投包机的机械结构，以及后者的性能特点和基本规格。二、根据投包机的工作流程设计了控制方案，并对涉及到的电气元件进行选型，同时设计了电气线路接线，完成了伺服驱动器参数的设定。三、设计投包机的控制程序，包括PLC程序和触摸屏画面。PLC程序包括

2、料包长度的测定、送料长度的控制、切料位置控制、切刀力量控制等内容。触摸屏的画面包括控制画面和设定画面等。四、完成系统的调试。根据控制方案调试硬件设备、梯形图程序和触摸屏画面，最后完成联机调试和修改参数使投包机能够正常运行。。机器投入使用已经有一段时间，实际运行情况表明该机器具有生产效率高、安全卫生、适应多种料包、操作维护便捷等优点。投包机送料、切料及落料位置准确，生产速度最高可达200～300包／分钟，完全满足实际要求。关键词：可编程逻辑控制器；伺服驱动器；伺服电机；触摸屏；超声波传感器AbstractTheAutomaticPouchDispenserthis
