1、延边大学医学部人体解剖与组织胚胎学专业硕士学位论文摘要摘要目的:观察翻白草的降血糖作用并初步阐明其作用机理。方法:本实验共设6个组,正常对照组、糖尿病对照组、药物对照组(美吡达5mg/kg.d)、实验组(翻白草99/kg。d、69/kg。d、39/kg。d)。实验周期为4周。采用四氧嘧啶所制实验性糖尿病大鼠模型,实验前后分别测空腹血糖、血脂(胆固醇、甘油三酯)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛、胰岛素、c肽含量,并观察胰岛.B细胞、肝脏、肾脏。结果:生化检测结果表明翻白草对四氧嘧啶性糖尿病大鼠具有明显的降血糖、降血脂
