1、风险投资项目的评价研究摘要“创业”和“风险投资”已经成为近年来最热门的词汇，中国持续增长的经济态势为风险投资行业的发展提供了良好的发展机遇。但在取得进步的同时，问题一样不容忽视。特别是在2003出现了负增长以后，如何促进产业的良性发展已经成为一个社会课题，而关于风险投资项目的评价研究则是其中的重头戏。本文研究的目的在于总结出一套适合于我国国情的风险投资评价体系，主要用于风险投资机构进行评估及创业企业进行自评估，从而从理论和实践上推进我国风险投资行业的发展。文章通过总结前人的经验和研究成果，分析了当前主要的风险投资评价方法的优点

2、与缺点，建立起一套有特色的指标体系；同时引入G．法确定各指标项的权重，替代了以往的层次分析法，减少了人为因素的影响，使得权重的确定更加科学合理，这也是本文的重要创新之处；继而建立起针对性较强的模糊综合评价模型，对所要投资的项目进行了全面的分析和评价研究；最后，运用实际案例对整个评价体系进行了论证。关键词：创业风险投资，指标体系，G，法，模糊综合评价RESEARCHONEV札UAnONOFVENTURE(、APll：：AL“Entrepreneur"and‘'venturecapital”havebecomethemostpop
