1、鲁东大学硕士学位论文灌输理论实践当代“人本化”发展研究姓名：沙永宝申请学位级别：硕士专业：思想政治教育指导教师：乔万敏20090602摘要作为19世纪末20世纪初马克思主义经典作家系统提出的一种理论，灌输理论在我国的社会主义革命和建设中已经发挥了并将继续发挥巨大的历史作用，我们必须坚持实践和发展这一理论。随着时代的发展，灌输理论实践的“生态环境"也处于不断的发展变化中，这就注定了灌输理论实践当代发展的必然性；随着“以人为本’’理念逐渐成为当代中国社会的实践主题，灌输理论实践也被自然地放到了这一理念的视野下被加以审视

2、和分析。文章的主体分为四部分：第一部分是灌输理论实践的概述，它对灌输理论本身及其实践从不同角度上进行了解读。第二部分是灌输理论实践的当代发展背景，它从现实必要性和理论可能性两个层面上对灌输理论实践当代发展的必然性进行了阐释。第三部分是灌输理论实践当代“人本化”发展的理论分析，它从哲学和心理学两个角度上论证了“人本化”作为灌输理论实践当代发展方向的原因。第四部分是灌输理论实践当代“人本化"发展的重要现实体现——无意识教育，它通过对典型灌输理论实践——无意识教育的剖析，从现实佐证的层面上阐释了灌输理论实践当代人本化的发
