2、.OwingtothedisintegrationofUnitSystem,socialconstructionhaschangedalot:societyisnolongeranoverallunitcontainingstateandmarketintheplannedeconomyperiod,andnolongerawholesomefieldincludingeconomyexceptforstate.Itappearsasasubstantialfieldrepresentingcivilbenefits.Thistransformationma

3、kesthesocietybecomethethirdfielddifferentfrompoliticsandeconomywiththecharacteristicsofnon-governmentandnon-profit.Thusthepowerstructureisdividedintothreeparts:politics,economyandsociety.Sincetherelationshipbetweengovernmentandenterpriseshasbeenadjusted,it’sagreatneedtoreconstructt

4、herelationshipbetweengovernmentandsocietytoadequatethedevelopmentofthenewstructure.Intheviewofsociology,thenewlyemergedsocietyisarealsociologicalsocietywithcivilsocietycharacteristicssomehow.Thesocietymentionedinthisthesisisverylittleandweaknow.Itcannotsupportandservethedevelopment

5、ofpoliticsandeconomysufficiently.Therefore,thethesisputsforwardtothequestionofadevelopingfieldinwhichpoliticsandeconomyarerelativelyinvalidandcannotinvolveindirectlyandposesthatthedevelopmentofsocietyneedstoconstructthecapacitybyitself.TakingthetheoriesofCivilSocietyandTheThirdSect

6、orandtheirsuccessfulexperiencesinthewestcountries,thisthesispsestheconceptionofsocialorganizationdevelopment.Thatistosay,thekeyessenceofsocietydevelopmentdependsonthecapacitybuildingofsocialorganizations.AnalyzingtheconditionsofsomesocialorganizationsinChinanowadays,wecouldfindoutt
