1、摘要摘要BPR是90年代初刚刚兴起的一种全新的管理思想是来自管理学领域的一场革命其对业务流程大刀阔斧地改革使以往所有的管理理论都相形见绌扬汤止沸不如釜底抽薪BPR为我们提供了全新的视野在企业业务流程再造的过程中虽然不少企业取得了高额回报但仍有高达70%的再造项目未能取得预期的回报选择恰当的时机进行再造是再造成功的关键因素之一本文在对国内外研究现状进行深入分析的基础上对中小企业实施业务流程再造的系统动力进行了阐述首先从BPR产生的历史背景出发分析了BPR的基本原理BPR实施的对象实施BPR会给企业带来
2、什么样的影响等使我们初步了解什么是BPR企业为什么要实施BPR等其次运用系统动力学的理论解释了业务流程再造的系统动力分析了中小企业业务流程再造的系统动力结构并对企业业务流程再造的组织行为动力进行了分析第三详细地阐述了在再造的过程中进行系统思考的必要性提出以系统基模为工具进行系统思考寻找中小企业业务流程再造的杠杆点分析再造的系统动力所在第四针对中小企业业务流程相对简单条块划分比较清楚和所涉及的变量少等特点提出了中小企业业务流程再造系统动力模糊评价模型并以LT公司为例运用上述模型分析了该公司业务流程再造
