1、建设工程项目风险管理的方法研究摘要风险管理这一门学科，长期以来主要的研究对象是金融保险业，选择建设工程项目的企业为研究对象，较系统地研究风险管理的方法，目前尚不多见，因此这一研究，是具有一定的理论价值的。工程项目建设需要耗费大量的人力、物力和财力，如果从事工程项目建设的企业，忽视风险管理或风险管理不善，就会增加发生意外损失的可能，扩大意外损失的后果。轻者工期拖延，增加各方成本，重者项目难以进行，使巨额投资无法收回。因此本文的研究成果还具有现实意义和应用价值。作者从建设工程项目的概念入手，阐述了建设工程项目的风险是客观存在的，同时项目中的风险既涉及到威胁，也涉及到机会。为

2、了能够更好地理解风险的性质并对它们进行有效管理，不仅可避免不可预见的灾难，而且可以获得更加可靠的利润，减少应急费用，将释放的资源用于其他任务，并抓住别人认为可能“风险太高”而放弃的有利的投资机会。全文结合本企业较为系统地研究了建设工程项目风险管理的方法。着重对建设工程项目风险识别和衡量，风险分析和评价进行了分析研究。同时提出了风险度的设想，并在某项建设工程项目中采用了层次分析法(AHP)将其定量化，为风险管理的决策提供了依据。关键词：工程项目；风险管理；风险度；分析方法。ResearchontheMethodofRiskManagementinConstructionP
