1、内容摘要就当前实际情况来说，我国工程建设项目风险管理尚处于起步阶段，虽有国外经验可供借鉴，但由于自身基础薄弱，管理的经验不足，这样即使应用到实际的工程建设项目之中，也可能达不到预期的效果。本文在分析目前我国工程建设项目风险管理具体实践中存在的一些难点问题的基础上，指出问题产生的原因：一是风险管理在我国工程建设项目中的实际应用才刚刚起步，人们的风险意识认识普遍还比较淡薄；二是还没有积累和建立起适合我国国情的工程建设项目风险管理经验与模式。进而提出本文的观点：在目前我国的工程建设项目风险管理活动中应重视后评

2、价环节，需要进行风险管理的后评价来积累和建立起适合我国国情的工程建设项目风险管理经验与模式，并需就具体的后评价理论方法展开积极的探索研究。本文研究的主要内容分为三个部分：首先，通过对国内外有关工程建设项目风险管理方面文献资料的研究总结，指出对我国工程建设项目风险管理活动进行有效的后评价方法研究，目前来说尚属一个新的研究课题。针对风险管理在我国工程建设项目中的实际应用尚处于起步阶段这一客观情况，论述了引入工程建设项目风险管理后评价环节的必要性与可行性。接着，概述了进行我国工程建设项目风险管理后评价活动的一

3、个总体的思路，主要包括三方面内容：风险管理后评价机构的建设；实施工程建设项目风险管理后评价的原则和要求；工程建设项目风险管理后评价的评价程序。然后，本文主要借鉴目前国内外有关项目后评价的评价方法，对我国工程建设项目风险管理的后评价方法进行了探索性的研究。文中将工程建设项目风险管理的后评价划分为项目前期风险识别、风险分析与评估成果的后评价；项目进行过程中风险管理计划方案实施效果的后评价；项目风险管理所带来的成本效益的后评价三个部分，并针对每个部分的不同特点分述了不同的评价方法。结尾，对本文研究内容进行了一
