2、镜、X射线能谱分析了炉管内表面及截面的形貌和化学组成,表征了加入结焦抑制剂后的焦层形貌。结果表明,退役炉管内表面粗糙,呈刻蚀状形貌,并且分布着细小的孔洞及裂纹,丝状焦首先在这些部位成核与生长。提高复合涂层的涂覆效果与保持涂层的完整性可以有效地降低焦炭的沉积。结焦抑制剂由于其中含硫化合物与含磷化合物的协同作用,抗结焦性能优良。当加入结焦抑制剂质量分数为200g/g时,结焦抑制率达到69.2%;而SiO2/S复合涂层的结焦抑制率达到65%,前者效果略优。关键词:退役炉管;结焦;涂层;结焦抑制剂中图分类号:TQ031.3文献标识码:Adoi:10.3969

6、kingtubeafterservicehadaroughandetchedmorphologywithsmallholesandcracksdistributingonit,wherefilamentcokewaseasytonucleateandgrow.IncreasingthecoverageandkeepingtheintegrityoftheSiO2/Scompositecoatingwasaneffectivewaytoreducecokedeposition.Becauseofthesynergisticeffectsofcontainedsulf
