2、1I洲l}I!lⅢl{IIl删l}llIl}l{l㈣Y1920615中文摘要城市是一个区域经济和社会发展的载体，城市发展水平是一个区域综合经济实力和文明程度的体现，城市建设更是衡量城市政府决策能力、管理能力、协调能力的重要标志。因此加强城市建设管理，创造整洁、优美的城市环境，增强城市功能，是适应社会经济发展和人民生活的需要。本文对城市建设管理的相关文献进行了系统归纳总结，在此基础上分析伊旗城市建设管理的现状，得出提升伊旗城市建设管理水平的对策以及保障措施。本文的主要分为四个部分：第～
