1、Ps378《s高等教育的成长轨迹与高校规模适度发展研究专业：管理科学与工程研究生：谢尊贤指导教师：韩彦峰研究员摘要改革开放以来，我国的高等教育得到了长足的发展，高等教育的规模、质量、水平均有较大幅度的提高。特别是最近几年，随着全国范围内的大规模扩招，各高校纷纷建设新校区，教育的规模与日俱增。对一个国家来说，教育产业受政治、经济、社会以及高等院校自身条件等多种因素的影响，有其自身发展的客观规律。因此，在目前的情况下，高等教育如何利用各方面的条件，确定一个适合的发展速度，是摆在理论研究者面前的一个重要问题。本文在研究高等教育适度发展的基本理论的

2、基础上，探索高等教育学生规模、职工队伍建设、经费收支以及办学条件的成长发展轨迹，构建高等教育适度发展的模式，分析目前高等教育发展过程中的问题及误区，并提出高等教育适度发展的战略措施和建议，以期为高等教育的科学发展提供理论依据。本课题的研究，将有利于理论界和实务界对高等教育适度发展的全面理解，进一步认识高等教育的成长发展轨迹及一般规律，并通过对比和分析，发现高等教育在发展过程中存在的问题，在发展模式和战略等方面为高等教育的发展提供指导和借鉴。关键词：高等教育适度发展轨迹模式策略论文类型：应用基础AStudyontheGrowthofHighe
