1、摘要大都市区是城市与区域演化的重要趋势。如何对长春大都市区进行有效的空间调控，是关系到长春市实现可持续发展的重大课题。本文从区域和城市互动的角度，以系统论为思维支撵，运用区域经济学和城市地理学理论，融合生态学、社会学、经济学的学科方法，在总结前人研究成果的基础上，以大都市区空间要素、空间结构与空间形态为基本对象，对长春大都市区空间调控的背景条件、调控目标与调控措施进行了系统研究。第一部分论述了大都市区空间调控的概念内涵与基础理论。大都市区空间调控是通过控制各空间变量问的关系，来改变大都市区空间要素变化的方向和数量，优化大都市区空间结构与空间形态，从而促进大都市区的可持续发展。’大都

2、市区空间调控机告4包括经济机制、社会机制、法律机制以及行政机制。第二部分讨论了长春大都市区空间调控的背景。认为长春大都市区空间范围是长春市的行政区，目前还处于前大都市区发展时期。从区位、自然环境、产业经济、社会人文等方面讨论了长春大都市区空间调控的条件，并从区域(市域)、城市(市区)两个空间层面研究了其空间发展现状特征。第三部分研究了长春大都市区空间调控的目标。在总结早期大都市区空间发育一般特征的基础上，以调控的价值导向为指导理念，从要素体系、空间形态、空间结构三个层面建立长春大都市区空间调控的目标体系。第四部分提出了长春大都市区空间调控的措施。从大都市区管理体制、城乡规划的编制实
