1、摘要(由于结构转换缺口的存在和改革的不断深入，有色地勘单位规模不经济、产业结构同构、产权结构单一、委托代理链长、亦企亦事等诸多弊端充分曝露了出来。但是，现在我国建筑业的容量扩大，尚有不小的发展空间；矿业环境逐步好转；国内需求拉动。因此，有色地勘行业既有发展机遇，又有繁重的压力。少·结构调整是有色地勘行业经济工作的主题。有色地勘要通过取消地方地勘局来促进存量资产的流动，组建专业化集团和综合性集团企业；发展矿业和建筑业两大主导产业，培植旅(饭)店业，加速机械制造业的技术改造；用租赁、承包、出售、控股参股等手段和资产的多种组

2、织形势来形成产权多元化格局。“三性"地质要按“二十八字"方针剥离出来，以区带地质找矿为重点，占领后备基地。商业地质以市场为导向，以富矿、贵金属矿、紧缺矿为重点，有选择地验证一批重点矿区(田)；矿业开发把金矿开发放在首位，向重点局、重点项目倾斜，向下游产业延伸。有色地勘行业耍以转企改制为突破口，抓好塑代企业制廑的建设，完善内部激励与制衡机制，加强企业家队伍建设，抓大放小。关键词：结构调釜i喋团花每企改制，抓大放小育色镉旗勘揲彳他∥ABSTRACTBecauseofthegapofstructuraltransfermat
