1、包算法提取故障生成的高频暂态信号。通过对不同故障情况下,对一定时间内,两个不同频带内暂态信号的谱能量比值是否超过给定门槛值的数目来实现区内外故障的准确识别。该方案在各种不同大小的母线杂散电容及不同接地电阻的情况下都能正确动作,对故障合闸角不敏感,且能够对输电线末端高阻接地和区外金属性接地进行正确的区分。论文结合一个实际超高压输电线路系统,通过ATP软件对区内、区外及反向发生不同类型的故障进行仿真,对仿真试验所得数据的分析证明了该方案的有效性和正确性。关键词:小波包分析,单端暂态量,高阻接地,母线杂散电
