1、第32卷第5期青岛理工大学学报Vo1．32No．52011JournalofQingdaoTechnologicalUniversity基于生态安全的产业集聚区规划研究以河南省新县产业集聚区规划为例于群，李兵营(青岛理工大学建筑学院，青岛266033)摘要：目前在国内产业集聚区规划过程中暴露的一些问题值得我们思考，从规划层面上看如何使规划更趋科学性、合理性和可操作性是规划设计人员应加强研究的方面，而生态规划是解决上述问题的有效方法．在对国内外与产业集聚区规划相关的生态学理论进行总结的基础上，归纳出在这～领域研究的重要理论思潮．

2、研究选定新县产业集聚区为研究区域，结合生态安全相关理论，应用生态足迹法与生态承载力平衡模型技术，对研究区域进行生态安全评价，评价结果是新县生态安全处在中等安全水平上，相对不稳定．在生态安全评价的基础上，展开新县产业集聚区发展规划及生态安全实施策略，以期达到产业集聚区规划的科学性、合理性和可操作性，同时也可为其他产业集聚区规划提供借鉴．关键词：产业集聚区生态安全；生态足迹；生态承载力；生态敏感性；人口容量中图分类号：TU984文献标志码：A文章编号：1673-4602(2O11)05一OO59—06IndustrialClust
