1、大连高新区创新创业环境优化研究摘要内容摘要：我国高新区(高新技术产业开发区)起步较晚，但发展迅速。为了进一步发挥人才、技术、体制和环境等方面的优势，国家高新区全面开展了以提升自主创新能力为核心的“二次创业”。国家科技部在高新区二次创业的指导中多次提出，“要不断优化创新创业环境，努力促进科技成果转化和产业化，实现区内经济的持续高速发展”。良好的创新创业环境有利于高新区经济增长、企业集聚的形成和技术创新能力的提高，高新区建设和发展离不开创新创业环境。如何营造创新创业的良好氛围、发展好创新创业环境，使之与高新技术企业的发展需要相适应，为我国高新区的发展提供强有力的环

2、境支持，是一个值得探讨的问题。本文以高新区创新创业环境为切入点，明确高新区创新创业环境的内涵及构成，结合国内外高新区环境建设的成功经验与大连高新区创新创业环境现状，指出大连高新区创新创业环境存在的问题。在此基础上，提出大连创新刨业环境优化的思路，探索如何使高新区形成一种满足高新区经济和文化要求的创新创业环境，以便依托环境优势推动高新区在新世纪得到持续快速发展。关键词：大连高新区；创新创业环境；环境优化大连高新区创新创业环境优化研究AbstractContent：Thehigh-technologyzonegotnotabledevelopment，althou
