1、大鼠心脏腹部和颈部移植模型的建立与比较作者：周小兵,蒋美芳,徐三荣,邵启祥【摘要】目的：寻求一种简洁、有效的大鼠异位心脏移植模型，作为器官移植的实验研究方案。方法：受体手术先进行至准备缝合。供体冰块腹部降温至双腋部低温后，打开胸腔，置入冰水快速致心跳停止，单人直视下缝合。腹部模型在Ono法的基础进行改进，将改进后的腹部心脏移植与颈部心肺联合移植方法进行比较。结果：腹部模型手术成功率93.2%(68/73)，颈部心肺联合模型成功率80.9%(38/47)，腹部移植成功率较高(P<0.05)。但两组的手术用时差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：腹部心脏移植能简化手术操作步

6、Keywords]heattransplantation;model;rat11　　在移植免疫研究中，建立动物模型是一项必不可少的方法。Ono等[1]创建的大鼠心脏异位移植模型被认为是理想的心脏移植模型，已被用于移植免疫、缺血再灌注等多种研究中。但其仍存在手术操作复杂、要求具备手术显微镜和良好血管缝合技术等缺陷。本实验室根据已有的心脏移植制作经验[2]，对Ono等创建的术式进行了改良，并与颈部心肺联合移植术式进行比较。现将我们的实验结果报告如下。　　1材料与方法　　1.1实验材料　　健康雄性SD大鼠(江苏大学实验动物中心)。腹部吻合组：供体体质量186～201g,受体体质量195～2
