1、华东理工大学硕士学位论文第I页气流床流场实验研究与数值模拟摘要新型水煤浆对置式气化炉,是国家“&63”课题之一,采用撞击流概念,强化了炉内的混合和传递过程。本文在大型冷模实验装置上,借助于DualPDA(激光多普勒三维粒子动态分析仪)、Malvern(激光测粒仪)等大型仪器,进行了流体流动的实验研究,进一步揭示炉内复杂的流场、压力场和喷嘴雾化性能对气化炉设计的影响。下面是本文的主要研究内容:I,采用PDA研究了气化炉内流速场结构分布规律,发现炉内存在若干特征区域,并用数学模型来描述复杂的气化炉内特征区域。2采用压差传感器研究气化炉内压力场结构分布规律,并用
