1、弄DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1009-9492.2015.O1.006旋流燃烧器空气流场特性CFD数值模拟母杨培凯,庄智勇,陈伟博(1.广东江联能源环保有限公司,广东广州510640;2.华南理工大学机械与汽车工程学院,广东广州510640)摘要:一二次风配风比及其流动特性决定燃烧过程氧气供应,对旋流燃烧器燃烧质量有着决定性的影响。旋流燃烧器内部结构设计、各部件布局、二次风门开度都会影响一二次风配风比及其流动特性。CFD技术因成本低、周期短,能直观全面了解流场分布情况而在燃烧流动领域研究被广泛应用,故采用Fluent对燃烧器
2、空气流场情况进行数值模拟和分析,研究不同二次风门开度下旋流燃烧器空气流场特性。结果表明,压力最大区域主要分布在空气人口处到二次风门间、一次风管人口附近区域,随二次风门开度增大二次风门内部空气流速逐渐增大,整体平均空气压力、空气旋流强度、旋转气流存在区域不断减小,负压区存在于旋流器前端到燃烧器空气出口之间区域,维持火焰稳定,对燃烧器结构设计和实际应用起到重要指导作用。关键词:旋流燃烧器;空气流场;CFD;湍流;数值模拟中图分类号:TP391.77文献标识码:A文章编号:1009—9492(2015101—0023一o6NumericalS
