1、西北师范大学硕士学位论文吸毒者的自我控制能力研究姓名：张佳申请学位级别：硕士专业：应用心理学指导教师：杨玲2008-06摘要毒品问题是影响社会稳定的焦点问题。因吸毒导致的犯罪、疾病等社会问题已严重影响了人类的正常生活。单纯依靠传统的药物脱瘾或进行一般的思想教育、世界观教育是难以奏效的。所以，从心理学角度探索吸毒者的心理状态和心理特征，分析导致其吸毒因素，才能更有效地作出社会整合策略，提高戒毒工作的时效性。目前对吸毒者个体的自我控制能力特点尚未进行详细的、系统的评估，尤其是吸毒者成瘾程度与自我控制能力的关系

2、尚未见探讨；少有吸毒者个体的认知特点以及情绪特点的实验证据。本研究从自我控制能力及其相关的心理机制出发，对吸毒者的一般行为特征及其心理机制进行了探索性的研究。首先，运用问卷调查评估吸毒者的自我控制能力的水平，考察吸毒者成瘾程度与自我控制能力之间的关系；其次，运用实验法考察吸毒者在自我控制过程中认知—情感的特点。综合本研究的结果，得出以下结论：(1)编制的吸毒者自我控制能力问卷具有良好的心理测量学指标，可以作为考察吸毒者自我控制能力水平的测量工具。(2)吸毒者的自我控制能力较低，在行为，思维，情绪的自我控制

3、方面均表现较差。(3)吸毒者的自我控制水平与其吸毒行为的发生显著相关，吸毒者的自控水平随着吸毒成瘾程度的加深而下降。(4)吸毒者看到毒品幻灯片后，情绪系统开始占据支配地位，热系统启动，导致延迟满足水平下降，自我控制能力降低。(5)由于指导语的不同，吸毒者的认知随之发生改变，进而导致其等待时间不同。听到“最后是些毒品图片”指导语的吸毒者的延迟满足时间较其他人短。关键词：吸毒者自我控制延迟满足冷热系统IIAbstractDrug isa keyproblem,whichaffectsthe socialsta
