1、四川大学硕士学位论文高润滑聚甲醛的研究姓名:陈玉龙申请学位级别:硕士专业:材料科学与工程指导教师:沈经纬;张国晖2001.5.10高润滑聚甲醛的研究研究生陈玉龙材料工程领域指导教师沈经纬教授张国晖高工本论文较系统、全面地研究了POM/PTFE/硅油和POM/PTFE/铅粉两种高润滑POM材料的加工和使用性能,考察了POM、PTFE、硅油、铅粉等品种(级)及用量对共混或复合材料流变特性和热稳定性、摩擦磨耗特性和力学性,能的影响,探讨了这两种高润滑POM材料的润滑减磨机理。结果表明:1.选l用中等粘度的POM为基材,PTFE和硅油为润滑剂,经高速混合,用双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,使润滑剂
2、在基材中得到微细分散,PTFE分散尺寸小于15urn:2.使用PTFE和硅油共改性POM,该体系具有较好的加工性和优异的摩擦性能,且PTFE和硅油的并用在改进基材的摩擦性能方面有显著效果;3.使用自制的处理剂对铅粉进行包覆处理,使POM/PTFE/铅粉复合材料具有优异的热稳定性,铅粉含量的增加能明显地改善基材的减摩耐磨性能和压缩强度。在此基础上,将它们成功的应用于家用电器和汽车的润滑部件上,开发出性能/价格比优良的高润滑POM新材料、新制品。关键词:垄』翌壁壤塑塑丝塑壁复令改性性簦螋粤StudyofHighlyLubricatingPolyoxymethyleneChengYul
