1、郑州大学硕士学位论文论人本管理与提高国有商业银行竞争力姓名：姚庆霞申请学位级别：硕士专业：行政管理学指导教师：贺永方;郑志龙20020101内容摘要在经济全球化和中国加入WTO的国际大背景和我国深入进行金融体制改革的国内背景下，如何提高我国国有商业银行的竞争力来适应新形势的需要和迎接入世所带来的挑战，是摆在我国金融界面前的一个非常迫切的问题。本文试图结合我国国有商业银行的管理现状、自身的工作经验和体会，从加强国有商业银行人本管理的角度来探索提高我国国有商业银行竞争力的道路。按照提出问题(是什么)、分析问题(为什么)、解决问题(怎么办)的逻辑分析框架，全文共由三个部分组成：(一)国有商业银

2、行现状和面临的挑战；(二)国有商业银行现存问题的根源分析——人本管理的或缺；(三)人本管理在中国国有商业银行的应用。需要指出的是，本文写作过程中，做出了以下创新：首先是针对中国企业的现状总结出了具有中国特色的人本管理模式，其次是结合我国金融业管理现状，具体探讨了适合行业特点的人本管理模式。笔者希望能通过自己的一些浅显探讨对人本管理在中国企业的发展尽绵薄之力。关键词：人本管理人管理ABSTRACTInthegreatinternationalbackgroundoftheeconomicglobalizationandChina’SentryintotheWTO，andinthebackg
