1、银行业电子商务发展研究摘要‘互联网和电子商务的出现对传统银行业提出了新的业务需求.如何利用互联网这一公共平台，为网络用户提供更方便快捷的服务是银行所面临的共同课题。)本文介绍了电子商务目前在银行领域的发展现状，对电子商务和银行的相互影响作了相应的阐述;接着按照业务分类对网上银行和网上支付进行了分别的讨论。网上银行是银行将传统业务网络化，而网上支付是:qx行原有的电子化支付工具基础上发展起来的，并创新出新的网上支付工真·乙两者构成了银行网络业务的核心。在开拓业务的同时，安全问题不容忽视，本文接着讨论了银行为保证资金与信息的安全所采取的方法和手段，并介绍一些支付环节对安全的要求。在电

5、etbusiness.Thequestionofsafetycannotbeignoredwhenexploitingbusiness,sothearticlecontinuestodiscussthemeasuresandmeanstoensurethesafetyofbanks'capitalandinformation,andintroducessomesafetyrequirementsinthepaymentprocedures.Inthee-commerceenvironment,sincebanks'operationpaternsdifermuchfromwhat
