1、中南大学硕士学位论文湖南高职院校生源影响因素研究姓名：彭丹申请学位级别：硕士专业：高等教育学指导教师：康玉唐20070604摘要高等职业教育是高等教育的重要组成部分。发展高等职业教育是经济和社会发展的需要，实现高等教育结构多样化的需要，同时也是完善职业教育自身体系的需要。湖南高等职业教育随着我省高等教育大众化的推进获得飞速发展，到2006年全省独立设立的高等职业院校达到60所。但是这些学院在招生过程中不同程度地感受到了生源的困惑：高职院校的生源数量不足，质量不高。而要实现整个高等职业教育良性循环发展，起点是生源。没有稳

2、定的较高质量的生源，高职教育就成了无源之水、无本之木。鉴于此，有必要从理论和实践层面进行分析和梳理，深入探索和分析影响湖南省高职院校生源的相关因素，对症下药解决我省高等职业院校生源困惑。本文在调查湖南省高职院校生源现状的基础上，分析了影响其生源的相关因素：适龄入学人口现状：招生、经费投入等政策；传统文化；学院自身建设。与此同时，学习和借鉴发达国家的成功经验。提出了保障高职院校生源的建议与对策：广泛宣传高等职业教育的人才观、价值观，转变社会观念；完善相关法律，改革招生制度，多渠道增加经费投入，深化劳动、人事制度改革，创造
