1、丫内容提要523场本文以云南本土民营企业一一风驰企业文化建设为案例，详细分析了风驰在企业文化建设上的基本经验，指出风驰在文化建设上的一些巫待解决的问题。在此基石出上，提出云南民营企业文化建设，要适应云南的特殊性，从云南省情及各企业实际出发，根据企业文化的自身层次，有针对性地进行建设，形成特色。本文主要包括以下三部分:第一部分是风驰企业文化建设概述。这部分介绍了风驰在精神、制度、物质文化建设方面的一些基本做法。第二部分是风驰企业文化评析。这部分对风驰精神、制度、物质文化建设进行了分析，总结了风驰在这三方面基本经验，也指出
