1、徐州医学院硕士学位论文罗哌卡因、布比卡因硬膜外麻醉对血小板体内活化状态和体外聚集功能的影响姓名:胡乃琴申请学位级别:硕士专业:麻醉学指导教师:陆康生;曾因明20030301罗哌卡因、布比卡因硬膜外麻醉对血小板体内活化状态和体外聚集功能的影响中文摘要目的:研究罗哌卡因、御比卡因硬膜外麻醉对血小板体内活化状态和体外聚集功能的影响。方法:ASAI—II级的择期下肢手术病人30例,年龄17—50岁,随机分为两组:0.75%罗哌卡因组(R组,n=15),0.75%布比卡因组(B组,n=15)。分别于麻醉用药前(Tn)、麻醉用药后30分钟手术开始前(T.)、用药
