1、湘潭大学硕士学位论文国有商业银行国际化问题探讨姓名：王新娜申请学位级别：硕士专业：区域经济学指导教师：陈福义;李华明20020501摘要银行国际化是银行业发展的趋势，也是中国银行业参与国际竞争的必然归宿。在当前的经济环境下，国有商业银行要参与经济、金融全球化，迎接加入WTO后来自外国银行业的竞争，必须在改革自身的同时实行国际化战略，追逐全球利润，最终成为真正的跨国银行。但有些学者认为，目前，国有商业银行体制改革(尤其是产权制度的改革)还处在攻坚阶段，利率尚未实现市场化，银行监管法律法规还有待于进一步完善，在这种国内矛盾尚未解决的

2、情况下推行国有商业银行国际化，有失稳妥。而本文立足中国国情，从银行国际化的基础理论入手，分析了国有商业银行国际化的内、外动因，并以此作为理论基石，进～步分析了国有商业银行国际化的现状、存在问题及其与自身产权改革、利率市场化及金融监管的关系，认为在目前条件下，国有商业银行推行国际化应与国内各项改革齐头并进，任何延缓或推迟都是对未来机遇的丧失。本文还对国有商业银行推行国际化过程中应遵循的具体策略，提出了若干建议，希望能够为国有商业银行国际化发展提供一些理论参考。关键词t国有商业银行金融改革业务国际化机构国际化管理国际化Abstrac
