2、了国内外银行竞争力研究的现状。其次，对我国国有商业银行竞争力进行评价。根据盈利性、安全性、流动性和经营能力指标，以国际大银行、国内股份制银行为参照，对国有商业银行竞争力进行横向和纵向的分析。再次，探讨了影响我国国有商业银行竞争力的因素。主要是从产权制度和治理结构、业务体系及创新、组织结构、外部环境等角度重点性进行论述。最后，对提升我国国有商业银行竞争力提出了对策建议．针对制约我国国有商业银行竞争力的各种原因，逐一地提出各种提高竞争力的有效途径。关键词：国有商业银行竞争力产权治理结构业务创新组织结构AbstractInthenowworld，thecompetitiono
