4、on,Super-elasticitywasstudiedbyitsstress-strainbehavioratroomtemperature.CorrosivebehaviorofthealloyinRinger’SsolutionwasinvestigatedcomparedwithTiNiand316Lstainlesssteelbyelectrochemicalexperimenttoestimateitsbiocompatibility.Coldrollingtechnicwasadoptedt
5、oprocessthetubeofTLMalloy.Therollingparameterandannealingtreatmentduringcoldrollingwereinvestigated.Themainresultswassummarizedasfollows:Super—elasticitywasfoundduringloading/unloadingtensilecurveswhichwascausedbydeformationinducedmartensite.Theelasticreco
6、veredstrainwasbeyondinelasticrecoveredstrain.Recoveredstraindecreasedintheorderofhotrolling,solutionandaging,solutionandaircool,solutionandwaterquenchsamples.Inthisexperimentbestsuper·elasticitywasgainedinhotrollingsamplesbecauseofthematrixstrengthenedbydi
7、slocations.Themechanismofsuper-elasticityincludesstraininducedmartensite,preferredorientationofmartensiteandtwinningetc.ThecorrosionbehaviorofTLMinRinger’SsolutionWItSinvestigatedbycomparingwithTiNiand316Lstainlesssteel.Anodepolarizationcurvesshowedthatpas
