1、上海师范大学硕士学位论文古罗马饮宴研究姓名：卢丹凤申请学位级别：硕士专业：世界史指导教师：裔昭印20090401上海师范大学硕十学能论文内容摘要本文较为系统地考察了古代罗马的饮宴情况，并分析了其发展变化的原因和社会文化功能。作为古罗马入日常生活的重要方面，饮宴的变化深刻地反映了罗马共和国以及罗马帝国时期社会、政治、经济与文化。对它的研究有助于我们从更深层次上理解和把握古罗马社会的基本特征和罗马帝国衰落的原因。本文第一章首先考察了罗马共和前期人们饮食的情况和特点，强调了这一阶段罗马人饮食的俭朴主要是当时特定历史条件的产物。第二章着重介绍了罗马共和末

2、期至帝国时期人们饮宴情况的变化，尤其是古罗马贵族的饮宴情况。众多贵族和一部分平民沉迷于奢华的宴会是这一时期的主要特征。接着，本文分析了饮宴发生这一变化的原因，指出财富的大量涌入是促使这种变化的内在根本原因，而东方文化，尤其是古希腊文化的传播以及外来威胁的解除是其外部因素。第三章对古罗马饮宴产生的意义和影响进行了探讨，指出它一方面是古罗马人政治社会生活的重要方面。另一方面，这种变化对社会财富造成了巨大的浪费，也加速了当时罗马社会的道德滑坡。因此，在笔者看来，对于古罗马饮宴应该全面辩证地看待，而不能一概而论。关键词：古罗马饮宴意义上海师范大学硕+学位

3、论文内容摘要AbstractThispapercarriesoutasystematicstudyofthefoodandfeastinAncientRome，andanalyzesthereasonofitsdevelopmentanditsculturalfunction．AsoneofthemostimportantaspectsofAncientRomanlife,itiscloselyrelatedtoreligion，politics，economy,culture，theriseanddeclineofAncientRomeandh

4、asaprofoundeffectonthem．Therefore，thestudywillhelpUStohaveafurtherunderstandingofthesocialcharacteristicsofAncientRomeandthecauseofthedecayofRomanEmpire．Thispaperconsistsofthreechapters．Inthefirstchapter,thepaperexploresthefoodandthelifeofthepeopleintheearlyRomanRepublic．Andi

5、tshowsthatthe仔ugaleatingatthattimeistheproductofthespecifichistoricalconditions．Inthesecondchapter,thepaperemphasizesthedevelopmentofeatinghabitsofpeopleinAncientRome,especiallythefeastofancientRomanaristocracy．TheluxuriousfeastisthemajorfeatureduringtheriseanddeclineofRomanE

6、mpire．Then，thepaperanalyzesthereasonofthischange．Itpointsoutthattheinfluxofwealthistheinherentreasonandthespreadoforientalcultureandtheliftingofexternalthreatsaretheexternalreason．Inthemirdchapter,thePaper，basedontheresearchandanalysisabove，probesfurtherintotheeffectoffeastso
