5、ionbackgroundofsystemsimulation,thenintroducedthebasictheoryofrandomCircleOperationNetworksimulationtheorybasedonthequeuingtheory.Secondly,aimedatshortageofexistingsimulationmethodthatitismusthavesamecharacteristicsandparametersoftideinanodeandacircle,therandomCircleOperationNetworks
6、imulationtheorywithvariableelementisused,solvedtheproblemmentionedbeforeverywell.Finally,thispapermakessystemanalysisofacontainerdockofTianjinPortusingthenewsimulationmethod,undertheexistingconditionoftypesofshipandberths,outputcoefficientandconfigureofportmechanicalequipmentsuchasco
7、ntainertransfercrane,gantrycraneandSOonisanalyzed,andamountofberthsandmechanicalequipmentsthatmustbeincreasedisforecasted.ItisindicatedthattherandomCircleOperationNetworksimulationtheorywithvariableele.mentrepresentstheinfluenceofwholesystembyindividualdifferencesufficiently,anditism
