3、stemusuallycannotrecoverthepoten—tialenergyoftheheavyobject.Inordertoavoidtheobjectfallingtoofast,athrottlevalveissetintheoilcircuittoIimitthefallingvelocityoftheobject.Therefore.thepotentialenergywillbeconveaedintothethermalenergy,whichnotonlybringstheenergylossandalsocouldcaus

4、esomethermalproblems.Inordertoavoidthelossofenergy,anenergy-savingcompositecylin-derhydraulicliftingsystemisdesigned.Thispaperpresentsthebasicstructureandworkingtheo-ryofthisnewhydraulicliftingsystem.Byutilizingcompositecylinderwithspecialstructurecom-binedwithaccumulator.thissy

5、stemcanIimittheloweringvelocityofheavyobjectandalsocouldrecoverthepotentialenergyoftheobjectbeinglowered.Thus,thissystemhasremarkableefectofenergy—saving.Theparametersoftheaccumulatorusedinthissystemaredetermined.Themathematicalmodelofliftingconditionisproposed,andthesimulationa
