2、现有的国资产管理与监督体系，预测了我国国有企业金融管理与监督机制的发展趋势，提出了建立和健全我国国有资产管理和监督机制的有效措施，包括：在中央一级，设立或明确一到两家国有资产投资机构；建立“分级所有，分级管理”的体制，调动各级政府的积极性，大力发展地方经济；建立全国联网的国有资产交易平台；将县级政府持有的国有资产委托地市级国资机构代为监管；着手研究行政性国有资产管理体制的改革。分析了我国国有企业产权制度改革的发展历程，肯定了我国国有企业产权多元化的现实可能性，实证研究了我国国有企业产权多元化与企业绩效的促进
