3、llegerecruitsandtheincreasinglyexpensivechargeofhighereducationhavepushedupthequantityofpovertystudentsrapidly.Inordertorealizethefairnessofeducation,thegovernment-subsidizedstudentloanschemes(GSSLS)hasbeenimplementedsince1999.Uptonow,theGSSLShassolvedtheproblemsoftuitionfeeformanypovertystude

4、ntsandplayedaveryimportantroleinthesustainabledevelopmentofhighereducation.Atthesametime,theGSSLShascomeacrossmanyissuessuchastheinsufficientsupplyofgovernment-subsidizedloan,andalotofgovernment-subsidizedloansoutofcompliance.ThisarticleanalyzedthemajorissuesaswellasreasonsinthedevelopmentofGS
