3、tionallearning,thisproblemshouldbesolvedattheprocedureofeducation.Atthesametime,afterthepopularizationofhigheducationinChina,thetalentcultivationmodelcannotadaptthechangesituation,everyuniversityfacesthepressureoftalentcultivationandoccupation.Soundertheviewofhigheducation,guidedbythetheoryoforga
4、nizationallearningandlearningorganization,usingsystematicalidea,integratedtheoryandpracticestudies,thedissertationhastheimportanceonstudyingthetalentcultivationmodelinlearninguniversity.Thetalentcultivationmodeliscomposedoffourfactors,i.e.target,procedure,systemandevaluationofcultivation.Througha
5、nalysisofdistancemeasuringmodelfortalentcultivation,itcanbefoundthattherehavedifferencesbetweentheactualresultandexpectationoftalentcultivationinuniversity,whichisdisadvantageousfortherealizationoftalentcultivationmodel.Throughfurtherempiricalstudy,thereexistobviousdifferencesbetweenteacherandstu
6、dentonthetalentevaluationandestimation,whichoftheteacherarehigherthanthoseofthestudent.Teachersthinkthatthetalentcultivationmodelisactualizedbasically,butstudentsdonotthinkso.Soonthetalentcultivation,thereshouldstrengthenthecommunication,intercommunionandcooperationbetweenteacherandstudenttoobtai
