2、CAM.Reverseengineeringfromrealobjectdiscussedinthethesismeansaccordingtopointclouddatameasuredfromrealobjectmodel,constructingCADmodeloftheobjectandthenapplyingthemodelinfutureworklikeanalysisandmanufacture.Withthedevelopmentofcomputerandphotoelectrictechnologies,datame
3、asurementinreverseengineeringistrendingtoopticalnon-contactmeasuring,whichhascharacteristicsofhighspeed,highaccuracyandlargevolumeofscanningdataaswellasexpressingdetailsofpartsadequately.Thethesishasstudiedthreekeysegmentsofreverseengineering:relatedtechniquesofdataacqu
4、isition,dataprocessandsurfacereconstruction.Basedoncoordinatemeasuringmachineinthelaboratory,probecalibrationofnon-contactmeasurementhasbeeninvestigatedandthewholeprocedureofdataacquisitionhasbeenprovedbymeasuringarealobject.Inthisprocessaviewpointisputforwardthatdemand
5、sofdataprocessingfollowedshouldbeconsideredwhilemeasuring,especiallywithregardtodataalignmentbasedonregularfeaturesweshouldchoosealigningfeaturesandplanmeasuringmethodwhilemeasuring.Aimedatcommonmethodsfordataprocessing,suchasmulti-viewpointcloudaligning,noisefiltering,
6、datareducinganddatadividing,combinedwithexamplesconcreteprocessingmethodsfordifferenttypesofpointclouddatahavebeenstudied,mattersneededattentioninclouddataprocessinghavebeengiven.ComparedBeziersurfacewithNURBSsurfacefromseveralaspectssuchasprecision,controlpointsadjusti
7、ngandsmoothness,NURBSmethodhasmanyadvantages,sothethesisdiscussedconstructingmethodsandstepsofcurvesandsurfacesindetailbasedonNURBScombinedwithexamples,andstudiedsmoothnessevaluationofsurfacesusedcurvatureanalysis,contour-linesexaminingmethodsandsoon.Besides,it’sdiscove
