3、ontrolsdaybyday,thevulnerablegroupsobviouslylackoftheself-protectability,instead，theirlegitimaterightsandinterestsisexactlyeasiesttoviolateinreallife．Therefore，howcanusenablethelawfulfightofthesocialvulnerablegroupstOobtainthelegalprotectionforthefairandjusticeinsociety,whichisjustt
