3、riggeredcontrollerareanetwork(TTCAN)protocolhavebeencarriedoutforpowertrainofEQ610hybridelectricbus.WiththeanalysisonoperationcharactersofEQ610HEVpowertrainandsubsystems,thefunctionofeachnodeandtheinformationexchangedamongcontrollersaredetermined.Thevehiclenetworkisdesignedand
4、theprotocolofTTCANapplicationlayerforHEVcommunicationsystem,whichiscompatiblewithSAEJ1939,iscompleted.AfteraddingapplicationandsessionlayersinnetworksimulationsystemCANoe,thenetworkmodelofEQ610isestablishedbasedonTTCANprotoc01.Inthesimulationenvironment,networkperformanceofthe
5、designedTTCANprotocolisstudiedandanalyzed.Forexample,thefactorssuchasnumberofnodes,messagepriorityandthelengthofdatafieldwhichmayaffectreal—timeperformanceofthenetworkandbaudrateofthenetworkwhichmayaffectbusloadingarestudiedviadesignedtests.BesidessimulationofTTCANnetworkinnet
6、worksimulationsoftware,hardwaresimulationofTTCANnetworkisalsoimplementedbyexploringcommunicationexperimentalplatform.After.Verifyingthereliabilityandstabilityoftheplatform,communicationtestsofthenetworkwithtwodifferentprotocolsTTCANandCANarecarriedout.Theresultshowsthattheperf
7、ormanceofTTCANnetworkintheaspectsofreal—timeperformance,busloading,throughputandSOonsuperiortoCANnetwork.FromtheresulttheconclusionisthatTTCANprotocolwhichhavegoodperformanceCansatisfytherequirementofthedevelopmentinnetworktechnologyinautomobileinthefuture.KeyWords:automobilen
