4、kinformation，shortenthecorrectiontimeandincreasedtheoutputrateofeffectivecode．Thispaperintroducesagileprinciplesandseveraltypicalagiledevelopmentmethods，focusingontheExtremeProgrammingandSerum．ThroughanalysisfromtheperspectiveofCMM，wemakeaconclusionth

5、atExtremeProgrammingandCMMarenotantagonistic,butcomplementary．AndExtremeProgrammingismoresuitableforthesmall-scaleprojects．Therefore，weusedExtremeProgrammingandSerummethodfortheChangzhiMedicineCollegeStudentInformationSystemdevelopment．Accordingtothel

6、ifecycleofXP，atfirstwedidtheprojectplanningandcollecteduserstories，thenmadetheiterationcyclebasedonthequantityoftheuserstoryandalsouseduserstoryastheunitofthetaskdistribution．Andnextthepapertakesthefn-stiterationastheexampletointroducetheimplementofXP

7、developmentmethodinthesystemdevelopment．Thedetailpracticalmethodswhichwerereferredincludecodingstandards，testingindriver,pairprogrammingandSOon．ThefocusofthepaperistheimplementationofExtremeProgrammingmethodsinthesystem’Sdevelopment．Throughpractice，we
