3、guidinglight.WiththethicknessofLGPdecreasingandthequalityrequesttomakelightachievehighbrightnessandtheuniformity,thedesignandfabricationofLGPisveryimportant.ThepaperisfocusedonthedesignandfabricationofLGEAmethodoffabricatinglightguidedplates(LGP)ispres
4、ented,basedonDMDmicro—lithographyandmicro—imprinttechnique.Andtheexperimentalmeasurementresultsarealsogiveninthisthesis.Firstly,thecurrentstageanddevelopmenttrendofliquid-crystaldisplayaresummarized.Thedevelopmentofbacklightmoduletechniqueisalsointrodu
