1、华东理工大学硕士学位论文第I页同心双轴搅拌釜的CFD模拟及实验研究摘要介年来,计算流体力学CFD(ComputationalFluidDynamics)技术发展迅速,在工业中的应用日益广泛,为研究某些难以测量的问题提供了一条捷径。但对于搅拌釜的研究报道还仅限于简单的平直叶桨和单轴桨严文采用网格划分软件‘CEM产生非结构化网格,导入到计算流体软件STAR-CD中利用有限体积法求解N-S方程组,利用k-e高雷诺湍流模式和任意滑移网格法对双轴搅拌釜进行了CFD模拟,得出其流场和压力分布图,并进行研究分析得出此桨的搅拌特点和流型规律。同时运用PIV(Parti
2、cleImageVelocimetry-PIV)即粒子图像测速技术对流场进行了实验测定,在BICC算法基础上描绘出实验流场图,对一周期的不同时刻搅拌釜流场进行了研究分析,并与模拟结果进行对比研究,证明了模拟的成功性。本课题总结出双轴搅拌釜轴向流效果明显,无死角区域存在,可使流体达到充分搅拌,双轴转动提高了搅拌效率,并可通过改变转速来搅拌不同粘度的流体,是一种高效的新式桨。(n时课题为各种不同类型桨的对比研究和搅拌釜的放大研究做了许多有价值的工作材片关键词,流场计算i组合桨卞CFDI双轴搅拌器1流场测t下粒子图像侧速犷第II页华东理工大学硕士学位论文CF
