4、rus,ironandotherminerals.Inadditions,itcontainscarotenoids,Vm、VB2、Vc,andothervitamins.Soitisawidelyusedaquaticandeconomicalcrop.ThelawmaterialsinthisstudyisthelotuswhichisfromtheproducingbaseoflotusrootsinChongqing.Westudiedthekeyproducingtechnologiesa
