4、edanalysisoftheroleofeachfunctionmoduleinthelogicalfunctiondiagram，expoundsthelogicalmechanismoffaultsprocessingandmakesacomprehensiveanalysisofthefaultdiagnosissystem．ThefaultdiagnosismodelofMetroline1rollingstockisinitiallyestablishedbycombingthesignalsyntagmaand

5、thediagnosislogicaldiagram．Whenfaultswithmanypartsintrainoccur,fuzzycomprehensivemethodispresentedtoevaluatethefaults’gravenessdegreeinthetraininthispaper．FirstlytheAHPisusedtodeterminetheweightofthepartsfactor,andthenamultilayercomprehensiveevaluationmodeloftheFCE

6、isusedtoconcludethepartsfaults’impactonthetrainoperation．FinallycomprehensiveevaluationofthemetrotrainfaultCanberealized．Aimedatproblemsoftrainfaultrecordmaintenanceandmanagement，thepapercompiledthetrainfaultrecordsmanagementsoftware．Thesoftwareisconsistedoffourmod
