1、柴胡疏肝散对夹尾应激大鼠脑和胃组织GASRmRNA和CCK-ARmRNA表达的影响作者:张钰琴,凌江红,梁纲,王道刚,农树雄,黄华,农伟东,李艳玲【摘要】 目的探讨柴胡疏肝散对夹尾应激大鼠脑和胃GASRmRNA和CCK-ARmRNA表达的影响。方法将30只大鼠随机分为3组,正常对照组、模型组和柴胡疏肝散组,每组10只,采用慢性夹尾刺激方法制作慢性应激模型,分别给予生理盐水、柴胡疏肝散水煎剂灌胃,共4周。观察其一般情况及胃组织学变化,并用原位杂交方法检测大鼠脑和胃组织胃泌素受体(GASR)mRNA和胆囊收缩素受体A(CCK-AR)mRNA
2、的表达。结果①模型组出现了抑郁和消化不良行为表现,而柴胡疏肝散组则较不显著;②模型组胃黏膜均出现不同程度的糜烂和炎症反应,而柴胡疏肝散组则较轻;③模型组大鼠胃和脑组织上的GASRmRNA表达量较正常对照组有显著升高(均P<0.05),柴胡疏肝散组则较模型组有显著降低(均P<0.05)。模型组大鼠胃组织CCK-ARmRNA表达较正常对照组显著升高(P<0.05),柴胡疏肝散组较模型组有显著降低(P<0.05)。结论柴胡疏肝散能改善慢性应激抑郁和消化不良行为,其机制可能与其能减低脑和胃组织GASRmRNA表达和减低胃组
