1、华东理工大学硕士学位论文第I页含孔隙摩擦材料的冷压制备工艺研究摘要本文研究了含孔隙摩擦材料的冷压制备工艺,研究结果表明:提高树脂的乌洛托品含量、降低酚醛树脂含量、提高多孔人造石墨和石油焦含量、增加丙烯睛纤维含最、延长混料时间、减少热处理预紧力大小和降低夹具卸载温度都能提高摩擦材料的孔隙率;当孔隙率大于10%时,冷压摩擦材料的高温摩擦系数稳定;当孔隙军小于10%时,随着孔隙率降低,高温摩擦系数衰退性增加;对于孔隙率高达28%的无约束摩擦材料和孔隙率高达17%的有约束摩擦材料,依然具有良好的摩擦磨损性能;提高多孔人造石墨、石油焦和丙烯精纤维含量还具有降低高温磨损量的优
