3、10maleSHRwererandomlydividedintotwogroups:Treatedgroup(Yiqilinggroup,5rats)andcontrolgroup(5rats).Theplasmacontentofmaleicdiadehyde(MDA)andsuperoxidedismutase(SOD),andtheurinecontentof8-iso-prostaglandinF2a(8-iso-PGF2a)intwogroupsweremeasured.Examinationofthegeneexpressionprofilew
4、asanalyzedbyusingcDNAmicroarrayincluding12000ratgenes.3oftheanti-oxidationgenes(Hsp90,Hsp105andPAM)wereselectedtoundergoreal-timequantitativePCR.ResultsThe8-iso-PGF2aurinelevelandtheMDAplasmalevelwerelowerinYiqilinggroupthanincontrol,whereastheSODplasmalevelwashigherinYiqilinggrou
5、pthanincontrol,andallhavestatisticsignificance.Inthe上海交通大学医学院硕士学位论文Yiqilinggrouptheexpressionof354geneswereup-regulatedand121genesweredown-regulatedincomparisonwiththecontrolgroup.Thereal-timequantitativePCRresultsoftheHsp90,Hsp105andPamgeneswereconsistentwiththosebythemicroarraye
6、xamination.ConclusionThesedataindicatedthatYiqilinghavetheeffectofanti-oxidationbyincreasingSODlevelanddecreasingMDAlevel.YiqilingmayinterfereintheprognosisofSHRbyregulatingtheexpressionofHsp105,Hsp90andPamgenesandsoon.Moreresearchisneededtoestablishwhetherthesegenesarethenewtarge
