2、全面、认真地分析了现今我国配电网存在的严重问题，客观的评价了现有规划方法的优点与不足，总结了城市电网规划面临的新形势、新风险、新要求，并根据实际规划中的工作经验，提出了一套新的城市电网辅助规划方法一基于网格划分的网格分析法，以及实现该框架的流程、模型及方法。本文将网格分析法应用于Ax县配电网规划项目中，实践证明，该方法有效地规避了城市电网规划中存在的主要风险，符合城市电网发展的主要趋势，对提高我国城市电网规划水平具有比较重要的意义。关键词：电力系统；电网风险；配电网规划；网格划分；辅助规划方法：摘要AbstractUrbaIldistributionnetworki
