1、中文摘要随着时代的变革，物质的丰富，人民思想的不断变化，婚姻面临着越来越多的挑战和困难，引起了人们高度重视。虽然我国在1950年和1980年分别颁布了《婚姻法》，但这两部《婚姻法》都没有无效婚姻制度的相关规定。首次确定无效婚姻制度是在2001年的《婚姻法》修正案上。这是我国婚姻立法的重大进步，不仅填补了我国无效婚姻制度的空白，完善了婚姻法律制度，同时也维护了当事人的权益，保障了婚姻的成立，减少了司法实践中的婚姻纠纷。文章有三部分，第一部分重点阐述无效婚姻制度的相关内容，包括无效婚姻制度的涵义，无效婚姻的制度沿革和国外几个典型国家无效婚姻制

2、度的相关规定；第二部分着重讲述我国无效婚姻制度的实务分析，截止到2015年9月1日，搜集到2014年1月1日到2015年1月1日期间内的无效婚姻案例共有648例，对这些案例进行统计、总结和分析；文章最后一部分是关于我国无效婚姻制度的完善建议，主要从无效婚姻制度欠缺和无效婚姻制度立法机制两方面阐述。希望通过本文浅显的论述能为司法实践中婚姻家庭纠纷贡献一点绵薄之力，以期在未来民法亲属编中进一步完善我国的无效婚姻制度!关键词：无效婚姻制度；实务分析；完善建议黑龙江大学硕士学位论文AbstractAsthechangeofTheTimes，mat
